They sent me the wrong product and when it did not work they told me that they cannot help me as I had opened the packing. Rude staff. They lost a long time customer because of this.

Got them as a back up but after giving me maybe 10 prints it starts showing weird colors. so went over and bought the original from Staples. Am re ordering again to see if it was just one bad piece.

One of the 4 Cartridge turned out to be bad . So the $6 saving for getting 4 was not worth it.
