I have ordered the 564XL several times from you and this time the BLACK (non-photo) cartridge was dried up so I had to go out and buy an HP one so all would be good and new for my printer. Again not happy with this problem. David Fletcher 1davidfletcher@gmail.com

Brother DR400 Compatible Drum - Moustache®

This works in conjunction with the TN-460 Toner. I have ordered several of the 400 & 460's from you over the years and this time the Toner is not strong enough. Everything that gets printed is faint. I presume the problem is the Toner the TN-460. So not really happy and may have to look else where next time... David Fletcher 1davidfletcher@gmail.com
