Lug bolts and Allen key adjustment bolts are made of soft metal not bolt grade metal. They strip very easily. Make sure you have the correct screwdriver/bolt drivers and Allen key and do not overtighten. An electric drill has too much torque and if not held tightly to the lag bolts, will strip them. Best to use a 10 mm hand combination wrench to tighten them. Suggest you install the arms on the TV first to determine the height you need to install the wall mount on the wall. Otherwise, you are reinstalling the mount to get the TV at the right height.
