Hi, I've already sent an appraisal. The aftermarket Toner cartridges have operated very satisfactorily. I had originally tried to get them from the Dell company direct, but it was frustratingly complicated and welcomed the aftermarket ones from your firm. I found it complicated to try ordering a complete set from your on-line system. But the cartridges have operated well and over a long period. So far. so good!

The ones I've received have been of excellent quality and seem to last as long as the ones from DELL. The lower cost is welcome and they are a lot easier to order than trying to order fromn DELL

I ordered two of these for my grandkids not realizing that it needed be operated by Iphne, Ipad. only. It should have been clearly specified that it could not be operated by a remote control device.
