Mechanism works great. I changed only this part, instead of replacing the whole chair. I recommend changing the piston at the same time as the swivel mechanism, as separating the two is thoroughly detestable. I damaged my piston in the process.

REALLY helps manage wires, keeping things tidy. I was hoping, however, that the anchors would hold it to the underside of my desk by the side surfaces of the power strip (instead of just its rear surface). This may be important to some customers. All in all, though, I'm quite happy I bought it. Solid assembly. Allowed me to toss the large and clunky multi-outlet thingamajig I used to plug my office equipment to.

Just love being able to stand when I work. Helps stay alert during "siesta time" in the early afternoon. Installing motor shaft properly isn't stressed enough in the instructions, nor is it sufficiently explained. Once installed properly, it works as a charm. I would buy it again. Super fast delivery.
