I still have yet to receive the parcel from UPS 11 days after ordering. I’ve tried reaching them and they keep referring to their web site. Is there anything you can do from your end to contact UPS! Would be most appreciative; otherwise, I may need to simply cancel and look elsewhere. Thank you for your understanding!
