Dear customer ,thanks for your kind reviews on our cartridge .For the leaking issue ,you could contact our customer service for help!Sometimes it was caused by delivery .And about your 2nd concern regarding to the printing quantities ,2000 pages was counted based on 5% coverage of A4 paper by our supplier .So we can not guarantee you will get enough pages if you consume more powder on one paper when you prints photos or something else .Best regards

Sometimes, the powder is not appropriate for this model. Therefore, the copy is not clear rather blurry and not dark even if the machine's density level is high.
