Have purchased these in the past and the paint on the screws that they included scraped very easily. This time around that is not the case, make sure you use the properly sized screwdriver though, and take your time. The product is shipped in a thick plastic, and the screws are within their own packaging. There is an arrow on the back top-left corner indicating which way is up.
