Brother LC501BK Compatible Black Ink Cartridge - Moustache®

The problem with this order was the delivery from the post office. The iok was delivered to the wrong address. Thank goodness the ink was finally re-directed late in the afternoon by a helpful neighbour. I spent hours with the postal service sending me to their AI system. A reliable alternative delivery might be nice. Aln+

What I received are nothing like the image shown here. I drew this to the attention of a CSR and she took the matter up with her manager. I was assured that the items were compatible and indeed they work just fine, but they are not what I ordered. These appear to be similar to proprietary Brother cartridges.
