I ordered 2 of these thinking that they would come ready to use ..... WRONG ..... They come wound up in about a 4" curly that you are supposed to uncurl some where in you limited office space. I neither have the patience, the space, nor the time for this product. I am in the process of trying to return them, we'll see how that goes???

I constantly use these products and the per use vs price is excellent. JUST DON'T UPGRADE YOUR PRINTER. I learned this the hard way with my old printer.

I purchase the regular version as I did not see myself lounging in my office chair. It was very easy to assemble & took about 10 minutes. The chair preforms exactly as stated and is very comfortable, I love the lumbar setting to being adjustable. If I were to find one con , the head rest only moves up & down, would be better if you could move it forward

I rated this as a 4 as I believe nothing is perfect there is always room for improvement. The product woks well as advertised as long as you don't do the update from Epson the update is only to stop us from using other products. The price is acceptable and is much less than OEM. I will use it again and do recommend it. I am anticipating I will get the # of prints stated.
