Used to have black rapid strap and now I replace that with the V2, The round corner as well as the locking system are durable for carring a heavy SLR, With a stable belt or backpack strap, I checked the review everywhere and it all has great reviews, I am considering to collect all the capture, and pro sytem, the differences are all about the plate, screw and the pro version you actually get a tripod mount
