Let me break it down why I gave it 3 STAR and area of improvement 1) Base - Shiny and steel - Looks great -- 5 STARs 2) Gas piston - Smooth and reliable - -5 STARs 3) Cushion - Not that great. I am 80 Kilos (180 Pounds) and can feel the base plate after 10 mins of seating. I wish they have used a bit thicker foam with some hardness- 1 STARs 4) Arm rest- Very thin and uncomfortable plastic - 2 STARs 5) Back rest - Awesome and very comfortable and tilt great - 5 STARs
