This is a wonderful product. But the mop doesn't quite go all the way into the squeeze / clean mechanism. The last half inch or so of the mop cant be squeezed out as it's designed to go in one way and, one way only, while not going all the way through. If it did go all the way through it would make getting it out impossible. This is a design limitation. Not, a flaw.
