LED Desk Lamp Calendar Lamp Night Light With Alarm, Clock, Date & Temperature - LIVINGbasics®

I have used my lamp as a flashlight many, many times but when the hurricane hit and I lost my power it was more than a flashlight for me. I used the lamp for walking through my dark apartment. I used the bottom light just to push the darkness away. Thank you so much for the best light ever!!!!

I ordered two and it's a good thing I did because the first one wouldn't work. When I called for customer service I was less than satisfied with the help (?) I was given. I am NOT going to soak the cartridge in water for however long and then put it in my printer. And why should I jeopardise my printer because of a bad ink cartridge you sent me. The second cartridge is working just fine but I am very disappointed with the first one and especially with what you call customer service.
