Absolutely crap mouse. The battery cell doesn’t fit in properly and has to be pushed in. Also, if the mouse is inactive for few minutes it goes off and i beed to remove the battery cell out and plug back in for the mouse to turn on and work. Returning this one!!

Terrible product and terrible customer service from primecables. I received this product and none of the fasteners match the threads of my Samsung satellite speakers. I called customer service and explained them the issue and they asked me email them with video evidence. In the video i show that none of the fasteners provided match the threads and they are still asking for the third time what is the issue?
