these work but the printer doesn't recognize them. you have to restart and recalibrate the printer in order for the maintenance light to go off

Neither worked. Trying to get a refund - with difficulty. Having been a customer for years and never returning and item...I'm disappointed that my request for a refund is being met with questions and requests for examples of how the cartridges are not working.
