Very useful, keeping it in the vehicle so I don't have to take the original more bulky lightning and charger cable with me. Easy to stow away because it is retracting.

Limited life cycle of cartridges, lots of ink wastage when using only occasionally for high quality photo printing. Some problems with colour matching when printing colour photos on Canon photo paper using iPhoto and Canon printer driver, a bit annoying.
