PrimeCables® Mini DisplayPort to HDMI Female Adapter Cable with Audio Support

Seems good quality. Works as described. One issue is when connected to receiver, the receiver lost ARC audio when watching TV. Not sure if that problem is with this or with the MacBook or with the receiver. Didn’t have the problem before when the MacBook is corrected to the receiver using miniDP to S-video to HDMI (without audio support).

It doesn't require large cut. Easier to have cover plate on it. But, the latch breaks easily so it wouldn't hold on to the drywall. The two latches are off-centered so the plate doesn't flush perfectly to the wall. Would not recommended.
