OK, the ONLY reason I didn’t give this a 5 star is that it is not as sharp as a 4K. The price is light years away from a 4K also! This is a very good tv. Picture and sound are what the manufacturer claimed. The software is smooth and no glitches. We have had this for a year now with an identical unit at the cottage. Very pleased and recommend it without any hesitation.

This is a quality made product. Nothing flimsy about it. In design it is good but when your cutlery all has the same handle design, it is sometimes confusing as to which is which. Maybe having the ability to label would help just a minor point.

This is my second 32" from Shopper+. The first is in my den and the second I use as a monitor for my Mac-Mini. They work flawlessly, setup was a snap and nary a problem! I also have a 55" from a major manufacturer that I paid a small fortune for, other than bigger, it is no better. I highly recommend this set.
