We purchased LVTH-65077 inflatable kayak at shopper plus inc., this is our first time shopping there. This company provied a excellent service system, we satisfy their service: 1. This kayak we paid with competitive price on market. 2. Shopper Plus has a perfect online shopping system with multiple language and 24 hours customer care staff on position, we can call them at anytime, they cooperate with FedEx Canada, we can watch shipment process at anytime. 3. The customer care staff with professional training, they mannerly help and guide us, especially they quick response with E-mail follow up any process and issue, etc. We experienced a kayak with some issue, and got a replacement kayak, the customer care staff try their best dealing with any issues. Although we haven't test kayak on the lake, but we trust this company and feel peace of mind with confidence, no any worry shopping at their website. Thanks all customer care staff hard work!
