I was shocked to receive a thin package, contents looking like a stack of 3 or 4 sticky notes left. But, at the touch of water, they expand to the expected shape of a sponge. I expect these to last a long time as I was getting fed up with the quickly deteriorating sponges from unnamed discount stores.

Lift protective film from embossed digital display, not from outside edge. Works perfectly. At first, I asked, what film? It was hard to remove from the outer edges, but learned the best way to lift the protective film was from the embossed digital display. Put a plate on it before turning it on, and it will read 0 g. That means only the food you add to the plate will be weighed. Love that intuitive feature - no need to do any math.

I printed out a sketched art and the printout was richly inked, so I had to 'tone' it down by turning on my printer's save toner feature. Haha. From that, I know my toner will last me a long time.
