Portable Baby Playards Kids 14 Panel Activity Centre Safety Infant Playpen - LIVINGbasics®

3/5

I was really happy when the playpen arrived. It doesn't take long to put together, and the design is great. The only thing I would complain is that the hoop was already broken, the net cannot attachthe hoop completely, and I want to requested a replacement on just the hoop but seems like I need to return the whole playpen which would be pain in the butt to do it....

Hi, We apologize for this inconvenient and we are sorry that we were not able to only send you back the hoop. If you have any other questions, you may reach out to us by submitting an online inquiry, initiating a chat or by phone at 1-866-979-7463

Site is easy to read and navigate. Not true for many other sites. Lots of other stuff to choose from as well. When I get time, I'll have a good look. Thanks!
