Very disappointed. This is the first time I ordered anything from this company. After the chair was assembled, the foot rest did not line up with the chair seat and the lever which was supposed to adjust the seat height did not work at all, it simply flopped up & down and was useless. When I called customer service, there's was no apology or offer to send a replacement & I was challenged to send a video and/or a picture. She finally relented & said I would receive a refund when they received the package. :-(
