Purchased this product just over a year and conveniently, it just died today... Reset button won't bring the outlet back on.. Same issues as what others have in the comments, apparently.. I tried calling support and they said it's pass the warranty period - they won't help...

Is this suppose to be stereo? Cause it sounds like mono! Or do I have a defective one? There is also a constant buzzing noise/interference no matter what device I pair with.. Please help with this issue, Shopper+/Primecables!
