I would have appreciated a user manual--the height adjustment was not intuitive. I also had to put felt on the feet to avoid scratching my table.

For the most part these rechargeable cartridges work well, although I've had about 3 that haven't. Of course, the best thing is the price and the fact that using refilled cartridges is so much better for the environment.

The price is right, but in the last three orders I've had two cartridges that won't work with my printer. I will say that 123 Ink delivers FAST! The order came to my house the next day and I live in a small town in B.C.'s Okanagan

Out of the last 6 cartridges I ordered, one was damaged and would not work and the other was rejected by my computer. My computer still cannot align any of these cartridges and always asks for an alignment whenever I turn it on, Still, these cartridges are the best option as I cannot afford $58 for a single new B&W HP cartridge. I would appreciate a postage-paid envelope to return the used cartridges to you.
