Easy to install. In July 2022, I purchased the 2-pack Economical Box in order to save money. However, when I used up the first cartridge in November 2022 and installed the second unit, I ran into some difficulties. It seems the cartridges have built-in microchips that include a certain expiry date code. Somehow I was able to use the second unit until December when the printer shows that the cartridge ran out of ink. From now on, I will only order one cartridge at a time. Expensive lesson learned!

This cushion eases my sore bums after long seating sessions in front of the computer. At first I did not know which way to place it on the chair, whether with the "notch" facing the front or the back, but a search on YouTube shows me how. It's the notch facing the back, as it serves to relieve pressure on the tailbone. Your product description should include a picture which shows the notch facing backward.

After inserting 2's AA batteries and turning on the keyboard, iPad shows "BT3 keyboard" and a swirling circle, but did not connect or activate. I had to repeat the process several times. I was just about to give up and ready to return the keyboard, then it dawn on me that I should try touching "BT3 keyboard" on the iPad. Voila! Now I can use the keyboard with iPad. In summary, the instruction in the manual should be upgraded accordingly.
