I am disappointed. I bought it to replace my old office chair and thought that the waterfall seat description would make this comfortable, but it is less comfortable than my old chair, which I had for many years. I would return it but the penalty for refund is too much

The delivery company did not ring my doorbell, so the package was left outside all night as delivery was after 8 pm according to the email they sent. I don;t know if that affected the ink as I have only used it a few times and it is all very faint printing

Service was fantastic on purchase. I have yet to use the product as I still have some toner left in my original cartridge. I bought it because my printer gave me a warning that the toner was getting low. I will add to the review once I have the opportunity to use it

Generally this ink provides good printing . I have not used the latest order yet as I tend to buy more than one at a time and I don't really need it yet The one time I received a defective cartridge, I returned it and it was immediately replaced with a good one
