This cable is absolute garbage. It's stiff, it has a 'memory' on it from being inside the box, and comes out like a corkscrew and does not relax. It's impossible to run anywhere. It's too thick to use for patch cables. The strip strand is so small it's impossible to grab, and snaps almost 100% of the time when trying to strip the cable. This is cheap off-shore crap.

The black HP 910XL cartridge cause a loud jamming sound in my printer when I installed it. Upon closer inspection, there is a "new" glued on chip on the bottom of the cartridge that is sticking out, catching on the inner workings of the printer. This is not allowing the printer head to glide along its track. I called the Shopper+ number and talked to a representative. She was very helpful and sent out a new black cartridge for me as well as asked for photos of both the old and new cartridge to compare. She explained that the company would want to know if their supplier is aware of this issue so that it does not keep happening. I respect a company that puts customers first and tries to correct problems!
