Poorly designed. I ordered two of these. One had a chip in it straight out of the box. The handle was leaking after being run through the dishwasher and then fell off while I was drying it. One is in the trash. We will see how the other holds up

I think my initial purchase is a lemon. There is no ink coming out of the newly opened cartridge. I still have to get in touch with customer service about this issue and hopefully they can resolve it for me. The shipment was faster than I anticipated which is nice
