Compatible HP 48A CF248A Jumbo Black Toner Cartridge High Yield - Moustache® - 1/Pack

This is the second time I have ordered this cartridge. Unfortunately the second one did not work and I contacted customer support. I received a message that the device will be replaced. This is really good customer service and I will continue to give you my business. Here's a photo of the fault message I receive when I power up my laptop showing there is a printer cartridge problem
