This is a useful item for condo living! The wheels aren’t the greatest however - fine for wood or wood panel, but likely not the greatest with carpet. Assembly, very easy - however, you’ll find one screw that secures the gas pump latch to be a bit challenging. I’d recommend the product

This is truly a wonderful product! It took me an evening to put it together (..it was quite fun - i watched tv while doing it!). The only thing that isn't great is the VESA mount - it tilts forward under the weight of the TV. The TV is a Curved Samsung 55", and while it is large, it isn't that heavy, and certainly within spec. However, the VESA mount is replaceable, but the stand is amazing. It moves anywhere. Has locks on the wheels to keep it stationary. It's SUPER sturdy. Easy build. Nice, simple cable management. And of course, THE PRICE is amazing!! i've have it for a couple of months, and I really, really like it! NICE!
