Gooseneck Electric Pour-Over Kettle, 0.8L, Temp Control, Quick Boil, Matte Black - LIVINGbasics®

1/5

I am giving this kettle a poor rating because it died on me after 9 months of use. When it worked I loved it and would have rated it 5/5. It looks nice and takes very little room on my counter however I cannot recommend it. It’s an expensive kettle for only lasting 9months. I called customer service and they said it’s guaranteed for 30days since it’s past that time there is nothing they can do. This is the first review of any product I have ever written. I have been happy with most of my purchases from this company but I doubt I will continue with them after this. Very disappointed.

Hello, We thank you for your feedback and apologize for the inconvenience. Our agents will be in contact with you shortly.

Site is easy to read and navigate. Not true for many other sites. Lots of other stuff to choose from as well. When I get time, I'll have a good look. Thanks!
