The measurements listed are accurate, but assembly definitely requires 2 people - the tubes require to be pushed in for installation and it's stiff and a pain in the hands. It's flimsy until you put some shoes on. Other than these points, it's good for what this is for - tight areas with limited space.

Used for my gaming monitor for 144hz with no issues, TV for eARC, and is braided. What's not to like? I've yet to receive one that couldn't do advertised 2.1 speeds.

Can be difficult as you need more space behind the wall to allow for the opening, but once you do manage to get it right there's no issue running cables through. Great cable management plate!
