I am a happy customer who has ordered from Shopper Plus a number of times for my laser jet printer. They always met my expectations with low cost and consistent performance. Last week I ordered two ink jet cartridges for my brother-in-law's printer. They arrived ahead of time and were exactly what he was looking for. Unfortunately, when he opened the colour ink cartridge, he accidentally tore off something that said "do not remove" (or something similar). I knew it was a long shot, but I asked if I could return it and receive another cartridge? They sent it in perfect condition, and it was only defective due to our own incompetence. :) They shipped us a new one anyway. YOU GUYS ARE AWESOME!

Another easy transaction after a year and a half of printing with my last cartridges. The shipping was quick and free. The cartridges were so easy to install. I've found their quality to be very consistent from set to set. Thank you, Shopper+ for another positive experience.

I've now ordered from 123Ink/ShopperPlus twice and I've been very happy with the shipping. The cartridges have lasted me for about a year and a half so far and they have been everything advertised. I will definitely order again when the time comes.
