When I installed this ink cartridge in my computer it worked for about one week. I cleaned the heads as recommended but it still not solve the problem. I have ordered another one and try again. Service was O K.

Dear customer, We are sorry that you have an issue with the cartridge, we will assist you via email. Thank you.

Site is easy to read and navigate. Not true for many other sites. Lots of other stuff to choose from as well. When I get time, I'll have a good look. Thanks!
