Not too soft, not too firm. Cool gel actually works. It was a bit too cold when I first sat on it. I might get one more for my dad. Originally bought one from amazon and it turned out to be a fake memory foam; just plain ol' yellow foam and twice as expensive. Returned and ordered this. Best decision

These are standard casters with excellent price. This costs 3 times as much on you-know-what site. Easily plugged into my chair and it now glides smooth and is silent.

1 of the 3 came leaking.. But it's dirt cheap and the other 2 work. Don't know how long they will last. Probably won't buy them again since they might start leaking while in use.

Been researching standing desks for the past 2 years before finally settling on this desk. There is a slight wobble when I'm typing while it's raised but barely noticeable. I like that it's manual which means no worry for electronics to break down. Also like the fact that the handle is on the side instead of front; no extra gear for operation Only wish it supported the top longer than 60 inches.
