Does exactly what it says. Since it can be used both as a transmitter or receiver it has tons of potential uses and I always like to keep it around. Have used mostly to transmit TV sound to a portable bluetooth speaker and also to play music from a phone to a non-bluetooth stereo system and worked great each time.

Beautiful looking in the yard, surprised at the build quality compared to the price. The solar light is an extra nice touch. Out of box one of the bearings wasn't spinning as well as the other but just needed a bit of extra lubrication.
