Have ordered for years and been happy with their product but due to expensive shipping if you don't order $49; I always have to buy more than I need and usually use it within the warranty period but due to COvid the last two years; have not used very much ink. Now I have this one and another one and more than half full but printer won't work till I put a new one in and company won't warranty the 2 I have that are 3/4 fill. Guess they dry up if not used . Not a happy camper; eliminates the bargain of buying from them,

Wonderful service rep to tell me which printer to buy that would use compatible ink cartridges. Fast delivery. I do find this printer a loot noisier than my previous two printers plus can't get the fax to work ... but that could be me. Paper tray very flimsy... hope it stands up.
