Nous sommes désolés d'apprendre que votre agrafeuse a cessé de fonctionner après seulement quelques mois — ce n'est pas l'expérience que nous souhaitons avec cette agrafeuse tout en métal, à base moulée, conçue pour la durabilité et une capacité allant jusqu'à 15 feuilles. Il arrive parfois qu'un bourrage d'agrafes ou des débris dans le canal bloquent le mécanisme ; nettoyer l'enclume et recharger correctement résout généralement ce problème.
