this product has not met my expectations, the cartridge leaked Inside my printer creating a huge mess and I had to call tech support 3 times in order to finally get a return sticker, I haven't sent it in yet, I expect that it will take time to get the refund. I am not satisfied with the product and I purchased a dataproduct recycled unit instead, worked fine.
