Canon PG245XL/CL246XL Ink Cartridge Combo, High Yield, Remanufactured, Black and Color - Moustache

The PG-245 (black) cartridge I received yesterday is working fine. The first one I was sent did not work and it was returned in exchange for another. The color cartridge CL-246 has not been installed yet so I don't know if it will work or not. I am disappointed in your exchange policy. When the first black cartridge did not work I wanted to return both cartridges for another or Canon brand. I was told that I would suffer a 10 % return charge even though I was ordering the same product by a different manufacturer. After the first cartridge did not work I lost confidence in the brand I received and am still not certain that the color cartridge will work when I need it.

I found that if I plugged in more than 2 items that the components would not work properly. Information about this should have been disclosed in write up.

I found that if I plugged 2 or more components into this outlet that they would not work properly on my computer. Information on unit should have warned me about this.
