I have been consistently satisfied with the product and delighted with the customer service and prompt delivery from 123 Ink Cartridges. The icing on the cake is dealing with a reliable Canadian company. I will be dealing with 123 Ink Cartridges for a long time to come because I believe they look after their faithful customers and their prices are always reasonable and the customer service goes above and beyond my expectations. I can't think of too many bricks and mortar or online companies I can say that about.
