I have ordered the complete 4 pack twice from this site over the past 3-4years and am back for ordering it once again. I have no problems with the ink whatsoever. I had problem with blue cartridge not printing once and called the customer care.Even though the cartridge was many months old they still mailed the replacement cartridge the same day for free and I received it within a couple of days. I later realized that there was nothing wrong with the original cartridge and the problem was that I hadn't removed the yellow strip on top of the cartridge. I totally recommend these cartridges. Once you use them you'll never go back to ridiculously expansive OEM or the local re fillers of the cartridges.
