We have a large tall male cat. He pees against the back wall. As the tray is very shallow, litter is building up on the walls and the cats mound litter against and over the top of tray. We will need to take the entire box into the shower when changing out the litter. Concept of a tray looked good but not deep enough or suitable for our cats.

Was missing a locking nut on the handle. This is a problem . Person who used it found a regular nut. I would like the missing nut replaced The wheels did make the work easier and it will be interesting to see how long the blue slide lasts. As the home owner, there is still a 6 inch layer of snow on the roof. I need the missing locking nut please.

Disappointing, it’s a pull string, vibrating lasts 3 seconds as cord goes back in. It’s a hard object with some fake fur glued to it. I bought 3 as gifts. Waste of money.

So disappointed. I ordered many of the 12 pack before. Visually impaired and did not realize I ordered five 1/2 pack . Received five individual magnets all the same emojis. Definitely not what I wanted for classroom rewards. Won’t purchase again
