I like the printer once you get it set up. It did not come with enough black ink to set it up completely. Informed you of the ink shortage and you said all ink tanks must be full to set up printer. Pretty hard to do when the ones shipped with the printer do not have enough ink in them to set up printer completely. I should not have to order more ink to accomplish this. As was the case in my purchase. I am very disturbed with the response I received from your support group. This is the third printer I have purchased from you and never had this happen to me.
