3 of the 5 I bought came broken... the quality is awful... either the back cover falls off and won't click back in place of the plastic that secures the cover plate after screwing is broken

Not bad, seems sturdy, but missing screws that were not long enough to match my tv X90J. If screws were longer, they were too wide. Had to go out and buy more screws... Note the stand tilts a little forward.
