The broken lever part that was shipped to me arrived today and broke in the exact same spot as the last one. I asked for a return when it first broke becasue it was clear to me this item was poorly made. The 10 dollar shopper plus memebership that is advertised as "free returns" turns out not to be true and instead im forced to receive another part that broke instantly. Refund my order to my credit card at once or i will be filing a consumer complaint
