Good quality but too expensive for the amount of powder. I am most disappointed with this printer as it is malfunctioning and I am not sure how to fix it.

I expect that it will be 100% filled. When it is filled, it is merely okay for the money. My HP toner cartridges are half the cost and last twice as long-- mind you the HP is an older laser printer.
