I perform a lot of soldering on p.c.b.'s and install strain gauges on mechanical equipment (to measure mechanical stress) at work. I use the second pair at home to change watch batteries, adjust the length of bracelets, etc. to my wife's satisfaction. The four different magnifications available is an added bonus.

I bought two of these extension cords as I required the heavy duty feature as I use them mainly supplying power to electrical equipment in and just outside the garage. The concrete floor has chafed through quite a few power cords over the years and these should last a while.
