Great product, solid material and easy to install. The required lag bolts are included for screwing into wood studs or concrete. Important note, the manual says 308lbs (140kg) and not 330lbs! I quickly tried the latch function and had some issues with it (I think I just need to loosen the bolt that goes into the latch) - but if I'm being honest, I will never be using the folding feature, so I just left it as is. Very pleased, especially at this price point.

Great product, especially for the price! Easy to assemble. Good quality casters with all four wheels having a lock. The rear has openings to wall-mount, which is a nice bonus but I haven't tried it out.
